Specialty Grade Green Beans

As the world's second-largest coffee exporter, Vietnam is recognized not only for its commercial-grade beans but also for its rising reputation in Fine Robusta and Specialty Arabica — blending tradition with innovation.

Specialty buyers don't just want a good story — they want a cup score, a processing method, and a traceable lot. Every specialty selection we offer is cupped and verified before it's quoted, so what you taste in the sample is what arrives in the container.

Fine Robusta

Chocolate and roasted nut in the base, with a clean sweetness and none of the harshness typical of standard Robusta. A rounder, more refined body — built for espresso blends that want Robusta's crema and strength without sacrificing cup clarity.

Specialty Arabica

Floral aromatics up front, a bright, structured acidity, and a lingering honey sweetness. Grown at altitude on the Lam Dong plateau, where cooler nights slow the cherry's development and concentrate flavor — the kind of lot that holds its own on a single-origin filter menu.

HOW IT'S PROCESSED

Processing Methods

Washed

Cherries are pulped and fermented before drying, producing a clean, bright cup that shows varietal character clearly.

Honey

Some or all of the mucilage is left on the bean during drying, adding body and a rounder sweetness.

Natural

Whole cherries are dried intact, producing bold, fruit-forward notes and heavier body.
